Privacy

Editorial draft notice: This page is an editorial draft for Bondomo’s privacy information. It is intended to make the website’s data use easier to understand, but it does not replace a legally final privacy notice. The final version should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.

Bondomo is being developed as a buyer-side Ownership Intelligence resource for complex residence ownership models. This privacy page explains, in plain English, what personal data may be collected through the Bondomo website, why it may be used, what Bondomo does not ask for in Phase 1, and how you can contact Bondomo with privacy questions.

How Bondomo may collect personal data

Bondomo may collect personal data when you use the website, submit a contact form, sign up for a newsletter or express interest in early access to future Bondomo resources or structured checks.

In Phase 1, Bondomo is not asking users to upload confidential contracts, tax files, sensitive personal financial records or complete legal document sets through free forms or contact forms.

What Bondomo does not ask for in Phase 1

To reduce privacy, confidentiality and expectation risks, Bondomo does not ask for the following through free website forms or general contact forms in Phase 1:

  • Confidential contracts or complete contract packages.
  • Sensitive personal financial data.
  • Tax information or tax filings.
  • Complete legal documents for free website review.
  • Identity documents, bank records or detailed personal wealth information.
  • Private seller, lawyer, tax adviser or operator correspondence.

If Bondomo later introduces a structured paid review or document-based service, the data request, consent process, confidentiality handling and retention logic should be explained separately before any documents are submitted.

Why Bondomo may use personal data

Bondomo may use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to inquiries sent through the website.
  • To send requested resources, updates or newsletter emails.
  • To understand which buyer questions are most relevant.
  • To improve website resources, guides and topic coverage.
  • To manage early access interest for future Bondomo resources or structured checks.
  • To maintain basic records related to communication, consent and website administration.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Consent and opt-out

Where Bondomo asks for consent, such as for newsletter signup or certain forms, the request should be clearly separated from other actions. You should be able to unsubscribe from marketing or newsletter emails through the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting Bondomo.

If analytics or optional cookies are used, Bondomo should explain what tools are used, what they collect, and how users can manage consent or opt out where required.

Cookies and analytics

Bondomo may use basic website analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are read, which resources are downloaded and which topics create interest.

This section is a placeholder and must be completed before publication. The final version should identify the specific analytics, cookie, consent and tracking tools used on the website, explain whether cookies are required or optional, and describe how users can manage their choices.

How Bondomo may share data

Bondomo does not sell leads. Bondomo does not share your contact details or project interest with property developers, brokers, operators, partners or other third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Bondomo may use service providers to operate the website, forms, email systems, analytics, hosting or security. These providers may technically process data on Bondomo’s behalf, depending on the tools selected for the website. The final privacy notice should identify the relevant categories of providers and, where appropriate, specific providers.

Use of project-related information

If you choose to submit a public project link or describe a type of residence ownership model, Bondomo may use that information to understand buyer questions, recurring documentation gaps and topic demand.

Bondomo should not publish your personal inquiry, contact details or identifiable project review request without permission. Any future use of aggregated or anonymised patterns should be explained separately on the Data Use page.

Retention and deletion requests

Bondomo should keep personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described on this page, unless a longer period is required for legal, administrative or security reasons.

You may ask Bondomo to review, update or delete personal data connected to your inquiry or subscription, subject to any legal or administrative reasons that may require limited retention. The final privacy notice should include the correct process, contact details and expected response route for these requests.

Security

Bondomo should use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect website and form data. No website, email system or online form can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, visitors should not send confidential contracts, sensitive financial data, tax information or complete legal documents through general website forms.

Privacy questions

For privacy questions, data requests or concerns about how Bondomo handles personal data, please contact Bondomo through the contact page.
